Eight week mindfulness course
The eight week course is the usual, and recommended, route to learn about mindfulness and how to develop the skills to be more mindful.
The mindfulness course is an ideal way to understand mindfulness fully and embed mindfulness into your life.
Over the eight weeks of the course you’ll learn about mindfulness and all it’s elements; acceptance, awareness, habit breaking, compassion, meditation, mindfulness in daily life and much more.
An eight week mindfulness course will help you start a strong mindfulness practice. Researchers from University College London say it takes on average 66 days to make a habit. So with the course spanning 56 days you’ll be well on the way to a new mindfulness habit by then.
You’ll be able to see and feel the difference in your life (if you practice!) before the end of the course.
An eight week mindfulness course consists of eight two hour sessions, held over eight consecutive weeks. We can book in a holiday break if needed.
