I am a freelance mindfulness practitioner and qualified coach. I left a career working in the public sector in adult social care for the life of a freelance mindfulness trainer and part time charity worker. I have adapted happily to a life which involves helping people understand the power of mindfulness and what it can do for them.
I write a blog on mindfulness and mindful living – the mindful hub which is in it’s third year. Alongside this I run the 8 week mindfulness course, mindfulness workshops and give talks on how to use mindfulness to manage issues such as anxiety, stress, self care and improve wellbeing and positive living.
I also work part time for a mental health charity which I love.
In my spare time I can be found at home, in a little village in Yorkshire trying to meditate regularly alongside my wife, our four cats and two dogs, usually with my nose in a book or magazine.
